Academics

At Dalom School, our curriculum is designed to meet both national and international standards. We provide a well-balanced, learner-centred curriculum that supports the holistic development of each child. Our approach integrates academic excellence, character formation, critical thinking, and creativity to prepare students for real-world challenges.

We adopt the Nigerian National Curriculum, blended with select international frameworks to ensure our students are globally competitive. From Early Years through to Secondary School, our curriculum evolves with the child, engaging them through age-appropriate themes and teaching methods.

We offer a broad range of subjects to stimulate diverse interests and talents. In the Nursery and Primary levels, pupils are introduced to core learning areas such as Numeracy, Literacy, Science, Social Studies, Cultural and Creative Arts, and Physical and Health Education. In addition, they are exposed to French, Yoruba, Music, and Computer Studies.

At the Secondary level, our students engage in a wider range of subjects tailored towards their career paths. These include Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Further Mathematics, EconomicLiterature in English, Government, Civic Education, Business Studies, and more. Students are also trained in entrepreneurial skills, leadership, and digital literacy.

Practical activities, field trips, debates, projects, and group work are incorporated into the learning process to promote deeper understanding. Our aim is to develop confident, knowledgeable learners who can think critically and act responsibly.

Dalom School constantly reviews and updates its academic offerings to stay relevant in a fast-changing world. We also prepare students for key external exams such as the Common Entrance, BECE, WAEC, NECO, and JAMB.
