The Director/CEO

Rev (Mrs.) Ouwatoyin Olayokun affectionately known as the “Mummy Olayokun” is the visionary CEO and driving force behind Dalom School. As CEO, she oversees all segments of the school’s operations, ensuring the smooth running and continued growth of both campuses. Her leadership is foundational to the school’s success and its commitment to excellence.

Head of Administration

The Head of Administration leads the school’s administrative team and manages all non-teaching staff. This role is critical to the effective functioning of Dalom School. The administrative department includes accounting, ICT, maintenance, security, drivers, and cleaning staff, all working together to create a secure and efficient learning environment.

The Principal

The Principal is responsible for the Secondary School division. This role includes overseeing all secondary school teachers, managing academic delivery, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the secondary school curriculum. The Principal’s leadership guarantees a high standard of education for our secondary students.

Head of Primary / Head Teacher

The Head of Primary manages the academic activities of the Primary School section. She is responsible for supervising teachers, monitoring learning outcomes, and ensuring a nurturing and effective primary education for all pupils.

Head of Nursery

The Head of Nursery oversees the Nursery section, managing the team of teachers dedicated to early childhood education. Her leadership ensures a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

Teachers

Our dedicated teachers interpret and deliver the school curriculum with passion and professionalism. Through thorough lesson planning and continuous research, they provide quality instruction that fosters academic excellence and holistic development.

Administrative and Non-Teaching Staff

This team includes drivers, storekeepers, accountants, security personnel, ICT specialists, typists, and support staff, all essential in maintaining the daily operations and safety of Dalom School.

Students and Pupils

At Dalom, our pupils are the young learners in Nursery and Primary sections, laying the foundation for academic success. Our students in the Secondary section build on this foundation, preparing for higher education and leadership roles.
